When developing the master project schedule, we first confirm the Owner’s requirements are accounted for and industry standards are met. Then we utilize state-of-the-art scheduling software to evaluate, approve and manage the contractor’s schedule during construction.

Our Role

Developing a realistic Master Project Schedule (MPS) that includes all components of the project, not just design and construction related tasks, is vital to successfully delivering a project.

Internal and external project approvals, contingencies for known risks, and cashflow restrictions are just a few of the many items that need consideration when developing an MPS.
