Project Description:

Concord is engaged in providing Owner’s Representative services for the Madison Metropolitan School District’s 2024 bond-funded Facilities Referendum Project. This comprehensive capital improvement initiative encompasses new construction and renovation across seven district sites.

New Construction:

  • Malcolm Shabazz City High School/Sherman Middle School – 175k GSF
  • Black Hawk Middle School/Gompers Elementary School – 136k GSF
  • Toki Middle School/Orchard Ridge Elementary School – 140k GSF
  • Cherokee Middle School – 109k GSF
  • Sennett Middle School – 132k GSF

Renovations:

  • Milele Chikasa Anana Elementary School – 75k GSF
  • Crestwood Elementary School – 45k GSF
