Madison Area Technical College

This project consisted of a four-story building which included an administrative office area, classrooms and laboratory areas totaling approximately 204,158 SF in size.

The Concord Group provided the Property Condition Assessment for the facility’s renovation identifying the immediate repairs and a 10-years’ capital reserves study.
