Basic Science Building Renovation

The Medical College of Wisconsin is planning a full renovation of the Basic Science Building’s second, fourth, fifth and sixth floor wet lab spaces and supporting areas. In addition multiple building upgrades including a completely new building wide air exhaust system, electrical upgrades and new windows. Each floor plate is a total of 24,457 SF, for a total renovation area of 97,828 SF.
