Our current staff retention average is 7 years. Providing our staff with a work environment that supports and encourages their health, safety, and overall well-being has always been our top priority.

What does a typical day look like?

Depending on the position, you will be working closely with senior staff on multiple projects. Typically, there will be a healthy mix of field and office work.

How does Concord differ from a General Contractor?

Concord defines itself as a development and construction consultant. As an Owner’s Representative, we provide project management oversight on behalf of the Owner. Very different from a General Contractor, we don’t build or hold contracts with subcontractors. We are a supplement to the Owner’s in-house team, providing project management oversight to all entities through all project phases, not just focused on the design and construction phase. As a true third party, we are a pure advocate for the Owner; we act impartially to guide the Owner to make informed decisions through all project phases.

What kind of skills are Concord looking for in an employee?

Important skills include being detail oriented & organized, conversing well with clients and team members, and being comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
