Our experienced Cost Management staff work with our proprietary cost database which is continuously updated with costs obtained from recent project bid results, GMP reconciliation, change order negotiations and regular material, equipment and labor rate price checks. Our degreed and certified staff of Cost Management professionals use the latest project cost control techniques to help establish realistic project budgets from basic conceptual information; monitor the design of a project as it evolves for compliance with the approved budget; assist in obtaining and negotiating fair and complete bid pricing for the project; and implement effective cost control measures during the construction and close-out/occupancy phases of the project.
